Clear agreements for a carefree and safe fishing stay aboard the Felicity 33.

1. License-free Operation & Briefing

No boating license is required to operate the Felicity 33 because its speed and dimensions fall within the applicable Dutch exemption. Every renter receives a practical trial run and safety briefing of approximately 30 minutes before departure.

2. Check-in & Check-out Times

Arrival / Check-inFrom 14:00

Key handover and navigation briefing by the harbor master.

Departure / Check-outUntil 11:00

Return marina and joint final inspection.

3. Fishing Rules & Carp Welfare

CarpDeluxe places the highest importance on fish welfare. Fishing from the boat is permitted only under these conditions:

  • 100% catch and release for all carp.
  • The supplied XL unhooking mat and weigh sling must be used.
  • Keep sacks are not permitted except for brief weighing or photography.
  • A valid VISpas is required for every angling crew member.

4. Safety Equipment Onboard

The vessel has CE-approved automatic life jackets, fire equipment, a VHF radio, emergency signals, and navigation lights. In winds above force 5, the harbor master advises staying in the marina or sheltered creeks.
