Navigation Safety & Maximum Speed:I agree to observe the maximum speed (9 km/h in nature areas / 6 km/h in creeks), avoid alcohol while navigating, and wear life jackets in severe weather.Carp Welfare & Catch and Release:All caught carp will be handled carefully using the supplied unhooking mat, weigh sling, and wound-care kit, then returned in good health (100% catch and release).Rental Agreement & Security Deposit:I accept the CarpDeluxe rental terms and agree to the €350 security-deposit procedure for damage or missing equipment.
